Jack, you don’t say how you are doing your “auto fill” but it sounds like your’re using the default value for that. It’s not for that purpose, so it won’t work well. You have two choices, you can put in a “help text” or get fancy with some Javascript and set the “placeholder” attribute of the text input.

Regexing a “not this phrase” is possible, a web search will probably turn up several ways to do it.
