Not even minimumal CSS is configurable

It’s not acceptable to anyone who uses CSS to format content, that at a minimum there is no option to adjust margins and padding, as well as most other CSS rules. I was not able to override Gutenberg with my own CSS – even with !important. The Disable Gutenberg plugin is recommended until more than the most basic configuration options are given to the user.
