I have recently made some changes to my site, clearing up some of the used info and updating the plugins but now I am being told that people are having issues accessing the site and its not loading.

on every device I have checked(over 10) the site seems to be working fine. I have advised people clear their cookies and cache but I can’t go round making sure everyone does this, can anyone advice what I do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Ask the “people” what specific error message or error code they see when they try to visit your website. Better yet, let them send you a screenshot of what exactly they see.

Without this detail, there’s really nothing to work from.

And for what it’s worth, I can access your website alright — with no “issues” and the site loads fine.

    Standing by to assist.

Just to add another datapoint, your site is loading fine for me too.

I can’t load your website. I get an error message from the browser regarding your SSL certificate. The message is this one: https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/130.0.1/WINNT/en/connection-not-secure

I can access the web in Chrome without any problems.

The solution must come from your hoster. Please contact their support for clarification.

I have since been sent a video and it appears as if there is no styling to the page, either it hasn’t loaded or there just is none. The image squares are blank, looks like there is no css

Thank you for the comment about the security, I will look into that, could that be causing this issue?

also not sure how to upload the video I have been sent

This is the error I see on Firefox:

    though Chrome seems happy enough.

Until you fix the SSL issue, the rest is speculative. . Please contact your host, or whomever you purchased your SSL cert from. See this page before you contact them:

I think I’ve fixed the SSL issue, but there is a still an issue with the site not loading properly for some people.

Yes, I can now call up the page without an error message. If it is still not displayed correctly for some users, it may also be due to their browser cache. They would have to empty it.

If that doesn’t help, a more detailed description of “not loading properly” would be helpful.

still loading like this then timing out saying the page took too long to respond

Looks OK to me in both FF and Chrome

Working for me too, I think they just need to clear their browser cache as mentioned.

I have sorted out the SSL with Cloudflare and this seems to have fixed the main issue, thank you everyone for your help!
