Not exporting recent orders

Hi @jaman1,

Would it be possible for you to switch the active theme on your site and try exporting and check if all orders are exported or not? If the issue still persists please share your system status report(Woocommerce>status>Get system report) via this link.

Reverting to the stock 2021 WordPress theme on the old site worked and all records exported fine, many thanks! ??
However:) I ran into the duplicate order id issue on the import side and edited the “order_id” column values accordingly (deleting the values) only to be hit by a “Skipped. Invalid date format 27/11/2021 20:52 in column order_date.” error when trying to import the orders.

I imagine excel may have formatted the .csv file when I edited it perhaps?
After doing some searching online I’m back for another steer if I can? Does the file require strict MySQL format for dates or is there a parser in the scripts?
UPDATE: since tried reformatting the date columns to MySQL type 2021-11-24 23:08:14

Hi @jaman1,

Please share the fatal error log and system report(Woocommerce>status>Get system report) via support. Also share a sample CSV with which you are facing the issue. You may please remove user-sensitive data from the CSV before sharing the file.

Hi, thanks again for getting back.
I tried again with the same .csv and import process with the date formatting mentioned above to suit MySQL and got the same error… however the orders were imported!!!
