Not fetching all 5 star reviews

@deepakagupt Have you checked the FAQ prior to posting your query (specifically the 3rd question)?

The Places API will return just 5 reviews. Over time, the Places API will collect either new relevant or just the newest reviews, building up your catalogue. However, you can collect all reviews using the HTML Import feature

This is the reply to the above thread with same query only.
There are more than 8-9 5star reviews on the website that the plugin have fetched. I have imported other reviews from google using the HTML import feature just like you mentioned above.
In the frontend, I am using elementor and Ultimate Addons for Elementor plugin where I’m using the Business reviews module for showing the reviews. But there when I’m filtering the reviews to 5star only, then it is showing only 3 reviews.
In the plugin the rating range is set to 5 star only. Please refer the below screenshot-

Please guide us to solve the issue.

@abhirupdev Please check the review filtering in the setup (and any parameters you’ve set). If there is anything besides the 5 star only then it may affect the matching results.

Also, double check that you actually have all the reviews loaded into your catalogue. You can just scan over the reviews in the Reviews tab. If there are any here marked as hidden, they will not appear anywhere else.

When I’m setting the filter to 5 star only, then it is showing only 3 5star reviews in the frontend. Please find a solution to this.

@abhirupdev Did you check that all of the reviews exist in your catalogue? This plugin will only show reviews that you have there.

For example: if you have collected 5 reviews in total, 3 of these are 5 star and 2 are 4 stars, then only 3 5 star reviews will appear.

Is this the same website as the one mentioned by @deepakagupt or a different website? In the first URL, I cannot see any actual reviews listed, just a few manually placed within the design that side-steps the plugin.

Note that I can only support this plugin and not a completely separate plugin offered by Elementor. This plugin does not affect the Elementor’s own review display (if it is the same one mentioned in the initial post).

If this is a separate website, it is difficult to isolate the problem from the information provided after the initial post. If you can share your Place ID and a URL that shows the reviews, I may be able to assist further. A direct support message may be suitable in your case.

Yes this is for the same website https://clubcleanin.grow-nearby.com/reviews/ .
In the plugin there are more than 5 5star reviews showing. But in the frontend it is not reflecting. This is the main concern.

@abhirupdev I have revisited the page and I still do not understand the problem. I can only see one instance of the Shortcode as a badge in the right section. It is nowhere else in the page.

You do have a different review widget used in the main section to the left, checking the source code, it’s: “Business Reviews Widget“. This is not related to the Reviews and Rating – Google My Business plugin.

Please either contact their support or you can use our plugin in its place.
