Not Finding Descriptions in WP Bakery

  • Hello –

    We use a theme that utilizes WP Bakey Page Builder and our Product Descriptions are inside a Text Block within a builder, however, these descriptions are not showing within search results. (Not the Short Description) Could swear this was working previously, did something change in one of the latest updates?

    Also, is this plugin compatible with Relevanssi?

    Hi,

    Please try the following – open the plugin settings page and click the ‘Reindex table’ button. Also go to the Performance tab and make sure that product description is enabled inside the ‘Data to index’ option.

    About Relevanssi – it was not tested and I can’t guarantee that they both will work fine together.

    Tried both things previously and neither worked to show the descriptions in the results.
