• I am using Namecheap’s WP hosting.
I had to slog through many steps of installation and set up to find out that to use the “free” SSL you have to be able to access Cpanel. This is not available with my hosting, and the basic SSL through namecheap is much less than the 29 per year I would have to pay for the “free” SSL from this Plugin. It would have been nice to have some hints on the front end about the requirements to use the free version of this Plugin.

  • Plugin Author WP Encryption SSL

@theblessedday Thanks for the review. cPanel is not the ultimate requirement, many hosting platforms comes with a place to upload custom ssl certificate. You could try finding a place in Namecheap to upload ssl cert or send the ssl certs to your hosting support to install it for you. Opting to our $29 annual plan is not mandatory ??

Please consider updating the review if any of above said solution work out.
