    Hello there.

We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with what the Lite version has to offer, but we’ve tried to clearly advertise what it includes and who it’s for. As a Lite version of the Amelia Booking Plugin, you are able to configure a single employee and see how it works. Even with its limitations, it can still be (and is) used by solopreneurs who don’t require advanced configuration of the plugin.

There are no limitations when it comes to the number of Services you want to create, and it surely is not true that you can’t display them on the website. You can use the shortcodes listed on our website to display different forms, or you can use Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, and Gutenberg blocks to add forms on your front-end pages without the shortcodes – only by selecting the form that you want, so we believe that you simply didn’t find your way in the plugin to accomplish that. We’re here to help with that!

The free version allows you, or your clients, to see what Amelia looks like and what it can do. The features and functionalities that are blocked in the Lite version also show you what you can do if you choose to go for the full version of the plugin. Our support team is always there to help clear things up and provide you with assistance if you encounter any issues.

Your review seems to be related to what you expect to see in the Lite version, and not to the actual features and functionalities the plugin has to offer, so we feel that’s a bit unfair since (as stated before) we’ve listed the abilities of the Lite version while all premium features are present but blocked, so even without visiting our documentation you know what you’re missing out on.

Please feel free to reach out to our support if you have any doubts or questions and we’re confident that they will help you change your mind about Amelia and maybe even switch to the commercial (full) version.

    Kind regards.

It is not true that Amelia is not for small businesses. I use this plugin on two different websites, one for a very small educational organization (with only 5 employees) and for myself as a solopreneur. The lite version has limitations of course (the developers need to feed their families too!), so once you get the paid version, it allows you to do so much. It is absolutely worth it.
