Not for the novice, but support is AMAZING!!!

  • This support gets better & faster! My questions are getting more complex and the support addresses them better than I could hope for. This is a valuable tool even if you have other plugins that address acquisition of products.

    It was just me (Louis) on support a couple years ago, but now we have four people doing support now – Joe, Akshay, Antonio, and Mark.

    They’re all WordPress experts (two are speaking at a WordCamp soon) and they’ve mostly been in the same shoes as all of our customers – building sites with WordPress for themselves and for clients.
