I can’t download the products to a cvs file.
it downloads the file but it does not generate products, the file is empty
how to solve it
on another site I did reinstall woocommerce but it did not work.

- Plugin Conflict: Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with WooCommerce’s functionality. Try deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. - Memory Limit: In some cases, a low PHP memory limit can cause issues with exporting products. Try increasing the memory limit. You can do this by editing your wp-config.php file and adding the line:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
- Server Restrictions: Some hosting providers set restrictions that might limit the export process. Contact your hosting provider to check if there are any restrictions in place.
Alternatively, you may try exporting using a third-party extension such as Import Export Suite for WooCommerce, or Product Export for Woocommerce to CSV. These plugins will allow you to export your product in a. CSV file.

- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Thank you for reaching back, with the site’s System Status Report (SSR).
While investigating it, I noticed there are about 10 thousand products counted. Therefore, can you try with exporting a subset of them (only the simple, or variable, products, perhaps) and see if the resulting CSV file is still empty, or otherwise?
Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to try exporting the site’s products via a third-party plugin, or otherwise? Could you send us the exported files from those exports (via the built-in method or via a plugin), after redacting any sensitive data, please?
Furthermore, can you please share a screenshot of what you see at the screen at

A couple other things to note:
- From the site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears that plugins to turn the monolithic CMS into headless are listed. How possible is the products to no longer be stored in their default table in the database, in case any or all of those plugins have been activated, which results in an empty CSV file on export?
- The failed actions counted are considerably higher than the completed ones. Feel free to go ahead with installing the WP Crontrol plugin, for having a better look at the actions that are failing.

I went ahead with testing product import/export, with a test installation of mine, having the following characteristics:
- WordPress version 6.3
- WooCommerce version 8.0.2
- PHP Version: 8.1.22
The CSV file that was exported had all the product details in it. Below is a screenshot of the buttons I used, for reference:

I had to delete the entire woocommerce installation and reinstall it.
then upload the products again with the copy i generated plugin wp all export
