So I followed this guide to set up Fluent SMTP on a domain that uses Microsoft.
    https://fluentsmtp.com/docs/setup-outlook-with-fluentsmtp/

The person in charge of the Microsoft account never used FluentSMTP before, but he followed the tutorial, and authenticated the connection. It all looked it was working, but when I try the “email test” function, I just get the error “not found”..

The guy in charge of the Microsoft account said that the email account I used shouldn’t matter, as the app registration isn’t connected to a specific account. Could this be the issue? Because when we’ve set up for another friend, it seemed like we had to pay a monthly fee for the account to be able to send emails.

The person in charge of the Microsoft account talked about some kind of exchange online license.. is this necessary? Or what else to do? I’m dumbfounded by all of this..

    Hello there,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Can you please check whether the From Email you have used is the same email that you have used to generate the API key? If not, you can try using the From Email to generate the API keys.

    Let us know the update.

    Thank you
