    Hi,

After I submit a ticket I get this message:

    ‘Not Found

Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.’

    (submit-ticket/?message=11)

I know what the problem is, I had to change the page to submit-support-ticket, in place of support-ticket as I had a problem with the pages showing up (fixed after changing them when I changed permalinks to numeric, saved, then changed back to post name and changed again).

I had already deleted the original pages, but now when I add them back I’m getting a slug of ‘submit-ticket-2’ (same for my tickets).

    How would I fix this??

The 2 added at the end of the URL is due to the previous pages still being present in the database. I guess you trashed the pages but didn’t delete them from the trash. If you do so then you will be able to create pages with the slug submit-ticket.

    Fixed this!

Now it is telling me ‘You do not have the capacity to open a new ticket.’

Could you tell me the context in which you’re getting the “You do not have the capacity to open a new ticket.” error. Illustrate if possible.

I have logged in as a test user. I am using multi-product support feature, added a subject line, chosen the product from the dropdown list and added a message. Then when I click submit it gives me that message (if that’s what you mean?)

This was done on the front-end? Does the user have subscriber role?

Yes that was what the problem was. Thanks Julien, all fixed now!!
