After the 7 days of trial, the customer has the ability to choose between purchasing one of our premium plans or downgrading to a basic free plan. Tidio can still be used for free – forever. Many of our customers use it this way with their businesses. The free version of Tidio has all of the needed essentials in it: live chat with 50 unique visitors monthly, 3 operator seats, 100 chatbot triggers monthly with ready-to-use templates, customization options, a mobile/desktop app, Messenger, Instagram and other integrations, Ticketing system, basic analytics, email support and more.
