Actually it’s stated on a lot of places.
1) On the Description TAB on the very first paragraph
“Start your 14-day free trial now. Need more time to get started? Just open a support ticket and we’ll extend your chat trial.”
We also want interested users to test the product thoroughly, this is why we also provide long trials (sometimes even for MONTHS).
2) On the FAQ TAB, it’s the first question.
“Is that a free live chat? We don’t offer free live chat plans, anyway our subscriptions are very affordable.”
3) On our site… almost everywhere.
Home page, signup page, FAQ, etc…
Please amend your review if possible, as you see we did all the possible to be transparent with the users, your review implies that we are tricking them which is definitely not true.
