Not functional with wordpress 5.9.1

    Where can I find the plugin settings in the WordPress dashboard once downloaded, installed and activated?
    Pleace help i have the plugin installt and activatet, i cant not find the settings for this plugin i have teh version of wordpress 5.9.1 pleace update the plugin
