    Hi Karla,

    Sorry that you’re having issues.

    I notice that the first link at the URL you provided incorporates the attachment page and not the direct file URL, which would definitely cause the switch-er-oo with the download script to fail. Try using the direct file URL.

    Also, the second link you provided works exactly as expected, so I’m unsure what you mean when you say that both links lead you to an error page. Clicking the link initiates the download for me.
