• Hi,

    We are using your fantastic Plugin on our website https://www.kamervooreenuur.nl (in Dutch, I’m sorry) with two rooms for short stays to rent with additional services like towels and minibar services.

    Although it worked just fine in the test phase, suddenly the reservation is not working anymore. The available times lots are gone; only one booking at 9:00 can be chosen and it takes up the whole day, and I can’t figure out where the error comes from.

    Can you please help me out as we had planned to go live this week…. ??

    Tell me what you need to help troubleshoot. (i.e. an account to access the backend?)

  • I think it’s a configuration issue, not an error.

    Please check your reservation settings again.

    Nope it is not,

    I’ve changed all the possible involved settings to default.

    And it still is not possible to book a timeslot of just 1 hour, but only one appointment a day at 9:00, though all the services are including preceding and tailing time not longer than 3 hours.

    If you make a reservation only once a day at 9:00, I think you need to set the reservation system mode to “basic”.

    I found out that the problems started with the update from v 3.38 to v 3.40. With v 3.38 no problems. With v 3.40: only services bookable at 9h00. Will this bug been figured out and fixed?
