I am trying to integrate my salesforce within the production system with this plugin. Email trigger works fine but not even a single time the plugin has populated leads in the salesforce site. I am using API names. Do I need to write some trigger for this or should it automatically update the leads in the salesforce? Urgent help is much appreciated

    WordPress version: 5.7.2
    Plugin Version: 2.7.3.9

This plugin uses the WebToLead API, no triggers are necessary. Leads are submitted to Salesforce by the plugin, but Salesforce determines if they are accepted or not (and no, Salesforce does not indicate lead acceptance in the API call, every call results in 200 OK regardless).

Email trigger? You mean the “CC admin” setting? That means leads are being sent to, but rejected by Salesforce.

Please review the ReadMe/FAQ for troubleshooting/debugging advice and report back anything you find and we’ll assist if able. Generally lead acceptance rules on the Salesforce side, or required fields are to blame for rejected leads.

Note: Make sure that the captcha setting at Salesforce is not enabled, even if you have the capatcha enabled in the plugin (they are separate systems).
