NOT GET EMAIL

I installed a plugin yesterday
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-updates-notifier/
I get the email test.
But,
, And I don’t get any notification, this is really very strange.
which that is mean, at all my plugins are up to date. ad that is not correct.
I have many old version of my plugins.
