Not getting any emails most of the time + no product add-ons

  • I’m using both YITH Request a quote and YITH Product add-ons, and I either get no email at all from the quote submission (even though it says sent successfully), or if I do, the quote request doesn’t include any of the product add-ons that were selected. How do I make sure I’m receiving all the quote request emails and how do I show what product add-ons were selected?

    WP 4.9.8
    Woo 3.5.1
    RFQ 1.4
    Addons 1.5.12

    Hi,
    About the email issue, can you receive other kind of email ( like new order email , ecc ) ?

    About the issue with YITH Addons plugin, I’m sorry but the plugin aren’t compatible.
