• Please – where is the support for the people that have paid for the pro licence, as I have?

    I’ve filled out two tickets on your ‘support system’, regarding the tournament dates/times getting screwed up every time a result is entered. I’ve had nothing back, in two weeks almost.

    It seems, if you enjoy the free version, you get fairly decent support here!!

    If you pay for it, you don’t!

    Thanks for reaching out and I’m truly sorry for the delay.

    But I don’t see any support tickets without interaction such a long time, and no tickets at all with references to time and tournaments.

    Did you get no reply? Maybe there was an issue in sending your ticket. Should that be the case feel free to email directly at presales at themeboy dot com. I can forward your ticket to our support from there.

    Still not getting any support for this problem with Tournament brackets.

    I received an email saying my ticket had gone to ‘spam’ folder. Then heard nothing for two weeks until I chased again, to be told not to worry, it was being looked at now.

    Two weeks later again, nothing, and I’m not alone. We PAY for support on your product, by way of renewing the licence, so why on earth are we not getting any.

    I’ll be seeking a refund for goods not as described on my recent licence renewal if things do not improve.
