Not getting better SEO

  • First of all i want to tell you that it is very good plugin which help to add meta title and description etc. in my website. By use of Page analysis i can see my SEO page quality. Thanks for the plugin.

    My question is regarding use of this plugin. I am using this plugin from 4 months. I follow all the step which are required. but still i am not getting visitor from search engine. I do not know where i am wrong. I am doing hard work from 4 months for my website but still result is zero. Am I using this plugin wrongly? Or settings of the plugins are wrong for my website?

    major keyword is “Job in ahmedabad”.

    There can be a lot of factors in an effective SEO strategy. Chances are you’ve done a lot of things right, but there may be some other things that can be improved. Without being able to take a look around however, its hard to tell what those could be.

    I know what you mean mac20. For near a year, I had very little hits on my site. True I haven’t done much to it for some time, but I think there are/were 2 major reasons:

    1. Being a photo site, there’s no content in the “content” area per se, just an image. Most content is in the product description which doesn’t seem to be included with yoast SEO ranking. Thus the most I can achieve is an OK or Poor. All non-store pages are Good.

    2. This one’s a biggie! I didn’t know until recently that google had blacklisted my site!! Can’t say why it was, though I suspect Malware or perhaps selling without an SSL. I recently added an SSL certificate and SiteLock to my site and Sitelock took care of the problem. Now time will tell if visitors increase.

    If I don’t see an improvement soon, I’m going to try the SEO offered by my hosting service. Too bad WP and some plugins don’t seem to include photography when laying things out…
