Not getting correct schema markup

Hi,

I’ve set up WPSSO core and JSON LD markup with rating/review add-on but getting google console errors.

Case 1:

This product has a review, 5 star rating, SKU, Image and everything except
global identifiers (as they don’t apply to our products). See backend

However google testing tool says this info is missing. You can see that
this product has a review and it is shown in the test results also, still
it says aggregate rating and review should be provided.

Case 2:

This product has everything the previous product has, except a review and

Google testing tool gives more errors in this product.

My query here is, shouldn’t this setting provide a 5 star

Please help in rectifying the errors of search console.
