Not getting email notification on new plugin support threads

I am a plugin developer and even though I am subscribed to receive notifications when someone posts (creates a new post) to the support forum on my plugin I don’t always get an email notification.

I am sure I am subscribed as it says on the bottom of the page “Unsubscribe from Emails for this Plugin”.

I would estimate the current percent of not receiving an email is about 10% – but this is enough to get users mad at me when I don’t rely for a few weeks.

It’s a bug that tends to happen when people’s posts get marked under review for moderation. It shouldn’t happen any more.
