    I never get notified when a new review is submitted. I’ve tried setting to email my work email, which always goes to SPAM… so I set to my own personal email address… and they were going to SPAM, but now I can’t even find an email in my Junk folder. It doesn’t seem to be sending an email at all.

    I’m having this same issue. Review approval emails are not sending, nor being created. SMTP and mail logging are set up, and the emails do not appear in the mail log. I cannot find the Common Problems and Solutions you refer to above. Can you provide a direct link?

    Ah, ok, thank you.

    I think that my issue is related to Action Scheduler being backed up because the site is currently password-protected. I’ll check in again if this isn’t resolved once the site goes live.

    Hi @geminilabs thank you for your help!

    I checked the Action Scheduler, and I can see the notifications with status “Complete” there.

    I can also verify that I am sending from an email address using the same domain as our website.

    I installed Check & Log emails, did a couple tests, and it shows WordPress is sending the emails. I’m still not receiving them in my email — not in SPAM/junk — not anywhere. So I guess this is now an investigation with my email provider.

    If you can’t figure it out with your email provider, another suggestion is to sign up for a free SendGrid account and use the WP Mail SMTP plugin with your SendGrid API key to send emails from WordPress.
