Not getting emails

I have this plugin on another site and it works fine. It is not working on a new site i just installed it on. I am able to send a message via the contact form but I am not receiving any emails(not even in spam). My email address in the plugin matches my WP email address in the settings.
I compared the set up vs the 2 accounts and everything is set up correctly. I had to disable until this can be fixed. Help!https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/clean-and-simple-contact-form-by-meg-nicholas/
