• My new user emails are not working. I don’t get an alert indicated that new users were created.

    I removed the two email address from the default area at the top of general settings.

    I placed my email addresses add the bottom

    [email protected], [email protected] (I used real email addresses of course)

    I hit save. The page refreshes and in the default area both emails are in the field
    as [email protected],[email protected]

    At the top I get the message:
    The email address entered did not appear to be a valid email address. Please enter a valid email address.

    Hi sorry for the late response,

    You should not clear the default top email address, then you won’t get this error.
