Not getting emails

  • I’m using a free version of the plugin to have users fill out a moving checklist but I am not getting the emails when the form is submitted. I am using 2 forms on my site – is there a limit on the number of forms I can use for the free version?

    The users are also not getting the “notification” emails. I’m using this the option to have them receive a copy of the checklist they provided. Is this a feature just for the pro version?

    I’m using the latest version of the plugin and wordpress as of 6/26/14.

  • I just noticed the same problem. Between June 17 and June 24 of this year, my form (free version) stopped sending emails for submitted forms. I am using the most recent version as well.

    My IT guru determined my issue was with the PHP version. It had been changed to 5.5 and resetting it to 5.3.13 made the form start sending emails again. I hope this helps.

    How do I do that reset?

    I have used this plugin and 3 different websites. 2 are working fine, but the newest one I just installed this plugin on is not receiving emails.

    I have the same problem. I have used the free version of this plugin and i do not get emails. I am using php version 5.3 .

    How can I fix the problem?
