not getting html email anymore on password reset

    Not sure what happened, but all of a sudden when I sent a password reset through wp-login, I get the old system text email.

    Why is this happening?

    Hi @atvrequis,
    Thanks for your message.

    This usually occurs when another plugin is overriding the notification you’ve created in BNFW and is using the default translation strings from the original WordPress email.
    Are you using any membership or ecommerce plugins on your site? These are usually the culprits in my experience.
