    Hi there,
I installed this today and don’t see any logins when I put in a date range, even though I know there are logins.

    I am running PHP 7.4.3.

I have looked in the Apache error logs and don’t see anything reported. I log in as an administrator on my site and go to User Login History-> Login List.

From there I select a recent date range, and nothing happens. I also tried pushing the “filter” button, but nothing happens.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

    -Kris

@fraugefahr hi, can you please confirm if there are any records available in the database table ‘{YOUR_PREFIX}_fa_user_login’?

Yes, there is a table in the DB called “wp_fa_user_logins.” There are 599 rows in it.

I am realizing that I thought your plugin could search pre-existing login data but now I see that there was no data because your plugin only provides data on logins from the moment it was installed.

I went back in and can see login data now, but only from the time I installed the plugin.

Is there a way to import pre-existing login data?

Also, can I download data in a csv file?

    Thanks so much,
    Kristen

@fraugefahr there is no way to import pre-existing login data.

You can dowload csv from the listing table page. hope this helps.:)
