Not Getting Notification of Posts

I was using the wrong FB Id in the moderators section.

I fixed the moderator ID, and I just tested by leaving a comment from a different profile, but I still dont get notifications. I put my FB id as well as the ID of my fangpage, separated by comma with no space.

are the moderator IDs showing up in the source code?

It shows up like this (numbers changed)

so long as this shows up and so do the facebook comments themselves then this is the setup complete onsite. the only other thing to do is add people as moderators within the facebook comments settings themselves.

Dur, I forgot to put the right IDs there as well.

Wait no, there is no place on facebook to put ID’s, just add moderators, which I already am.

One thing that I forgot to mention. When the settings page loads in the WordPress dashboard, a message flashes at the top saying I need to enter my FB App Id for the plugin to work properly, then it finishes loading and disappears and leaves me no way to do that.

you enter this and nothing is stored when you press save? are any other options saving?

I mean, that thing shows up and disappears before I can click on it. Even if I do manage to click on it, the field disappears when the page fully loads.

So either I’m not able to enter in the Application ID, or else the plugin seems to think that the application ID has been entered.

you should still be able to enter the app ID. if it has been entered you can still change it

I have the same problem as you. Visitors can comment, but after I do not get any notifications.
