Not getting notifications

    Hi, installed the forum about a month ago and still not getting notifications. I checked the options. The box is checked for the site owner to receive notifications when new topic created and the box is checked to allow subscriptions.

    My email is correct and so is everyone else’s. It sees such a simple and straihtt forward forum, I like it, but what could be wrong?

  • i got the solution , my domain mail is block by Spamhaus Domain Blocklist and now is working.

    Hello @mityung1,

    I am happy that it is working at least for you now. I assumed that maybe some special characters in those sender-inputs could be responsible for it, but this is not the case for both of you. Its still hard to reproduce this bug because I dont get some explicit error reports from other users as well.

    Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I did a lookup on the blacklists and our domain is not listed on any.
