Not getting notifications of new topic

  • Hello,

    As the author of Boxtal Connect plugin, I want to get a mail notification whenever a new topic is created on my support page. this is not the case today. If the person is not taging @boxtal I do not receive the notification and my response time is not that great.

    What do i need to do?

    Hi steven,

    Yes I have checked and there is nothing. I recevived the notification when i change my contact adress as well as a notification when I started this topic. But whenever a user of our Plugin posts a topic on the support page, I don’t get that mail. Is there anyway I can set up a notification rule for ‘all new topic on my plugins’ ?

    You *should* be getting them. Try formally subscribing. Go to the plugin’s support form and click “subscribe” at the top.
