Not getting offline message emails

  • I have having issues with offline e-mail message not being sent via e-mail. I have the latest version of the pluggin installed version 9.0.17. The offline messages are shown and the person sending the offline message gets the Auto-respond to visitor, however the e-mails are just not received. It looks like it stopped working around the 17th June 2020.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Prior to this, e-mails were being sent correctly? If so, we’ll take a look at this and see what changed.

    Please keep in mind that our product release cycle is currently paused and will resume at the start of September, so there will be a slight delay till you see this fixed.

    Hi there, I was just testing the Live Chat application and e-mail messages were being sent ok until the 19th June 2020, since then we have had problems in e-mail being sent.
