Not getting "Pop Up" Menu to complete Deny & delete

The “Approve” button is working but the “deny” button is “dead”, doesn’t work.

With the mentioned popup overall, was it in regards to confirming that you wanted to deny the selected members? We don’t have any text strings that match that in the plugin, so trying to figure out what the source may have been.

I’m not sure. I’ll take a look in the morning and if I have any addtional info, I’ll update this. Thanks!
