Not getting recipient's email address for response.

Contact form is sending the correct information to my email address, but when I attempt to respond to my prospect, the name in the TO: box on the email shows my name instead of the prospect. For some reason, the prospects name and email address does not show up in the TO: box, as it should and so I cannot respond to the prospect. Any ideas?
