not getting reviews

  • im having this message triying to download reviews:

    Downloading Reviews

    Retrieving Facebook reviews from your Inglesmastermendoza page and saving them to your WordPress database…

    It appears Facebook is still temporarily blocking access to parts of their Pages API. Check the javascript console for more details. Now attempting alternative method to retrieve your 10 most helpful reviews. This shouldn’t take more than a few seconds. No new reviews found.

    Did it download any reviews at all? What is the URL to your FB page?

    Cero reviews donwnloaded. I updater, im getting this message now:

    Oops, no reviews returned from Facebook for that page. If the page does in fact have reviews on Facebook, please try again or contact us for help.

    Sorry, i was triying to retrieve reviews selecting wrong page, i check id and now selecting correct page and getting this message:

    Downloading Reviews
    Retrieving Facebook reviews from your Inglés Master page and saving them to your WordPress database…

    No new reviews found.

    yeah! now im having 10 reviews.

    Im having the same problem, this plugin can’t detect my page.
    any idea how to fix this?

    If you’re getting the list of pages in the plugin under the save settings butten, then the plugin should grab your 10 most helpful.
