  • Replace the charset and collate lines with:

    /** Database Charset to use in creating database tables. */
define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');

/** The Database Collate type. Don't change this if in doubt. */
define('DB_COLLATE', '');

    Hi Krishna,

    You seems to be an Indian. Nice to know.
    The lines which you have given will be there by default. But still I get the same problem.

    Can you revert to Twenty Twelve theme with all plugins turned off and see if the problem persists?
