Not getting SMS text code for verification

    Can’t sign in using phone app because it’s asking for some verification code to a Authenticator app I lost access to. However it gives the option to have it texted to you BUT I never get a text. What gives?? How do I fix this and regain access??

  • You’re at www.ads-software.com, home of the open-source WordPress software. The open-source WordPress software does not have any SMS or authenticator app login verification.

    Are you using a 3rd-party 2FA plugin on your self-hosted WordPress website that’s giving you this SMS verification capability?

    Or are you trying to log in to a WordPress.COM account?

    Tengo el mismo problema, al tratar de ingresar a mi cuenta de WordPress.com, no me deja , ya que me solicita un código de autenticación, el cual me proporciona Google pero no me aparecen como válidos y al solicitar el SMS al móvil, nunca llega ningún código. Requiero renovar mi dominio y si no puedo ingresar al mi cuenta no puedo hacer ello. me puede ayudar a solventar este malestar. gracias
