not getting submissions

    I am not getting email submissions. I have my email address in “email to send submissions to:” and I also included my gmail address.

    Sveta Ohanyan was working with me on this but then I stopped hearing from her even though this issue wasn’t resolved. Support is in Iran, so I understand there’s a delay in responding but it’s been 3 days now.

    I either need a refund for upgrading to Pro as it doesn’t work, or I need someone to help me pls.

    I contacted the website server, Hostgator, for my website and they did not find any firewalls.
