Not Getting Test Newsletter Email

Hi, try to send a test from the System/Delivery diagnostic page, and see if some kind of error is reported. If not, the email is correctly move to the provider to be delivered, you should check the problem with SiteGround.

ZIP file to import subscribers are not supported. Since you have a low number of subscriber, I can suggest to use the copy and paste import: that avoid even possible character encoding problems.

I actually have 4,500 subscribers on my MailChimp list. I was trying to upload (import) 20 as a test. The Advanced Import plug in says, “Upload a zip file containing demo content.” So you’re saying don’t use a zip file? It doesn’t accept a csv, either.

Can you suggest an external SMTP plugin that works particularly well with your plugin, or are they all the same?

Hi, that is the import for your theme. To import in the Newsletter plugin you should install our advanced import addon from the Newsletter addon menu.

Wow – your Advanced Import worked like a charm! Slick. Using Numbers instead of Excel is slightly different, but it didn’t take me long to figure out how to make it work. Grazie, Stefano.
