    Hello

    I saw on the FAQ that “If a user completes the transaction via a 3rd party payment gateway and is not redirected back to your store’s thank you page, our plugin will not be able to send the transaction data.”

    We’re using ANZ eGate for the payments but the users input their card details on the checkout page, not in an external page. So after checkout, they get redirected to thank you page at once. However, we’re not getting any transaction data on the thank you page. Only the item data on cart and checkout page.

    Any ideas? Thank you

    Hello

    I saw that this has a paid plugin (Actionable Google Analytics for WooCommerce), but it says on the note that it “does not support Highly Customized Themes and Product Variation Feature out of the box” and well, we are using product variations for everything we sell. Do you reckon it’s connected to the problem with it not being able to get the transaction data on thank you page?

    Also, may I know the necessities for the paid plugin to support it?

    Hi suikalum,

    We did quick look at your store and tried to find issue you are facing but we’re unable to check the thank you page since there is only credit card payment available.

    Do you have any test/dummy credentials that we can use to check the payment process?

    Hi!

    Thank you for the email follow up on this thread. This has been fixed now, the main problem on our case is that we were using a custom thank you page but we couldn’t find what was missing and causing the transaction data to not fire up.

    Anyway, we decided to use the default woocommerce thank you page (woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php) and the transaction data are going through perfectly.
