Not getting User email info on PayPal form

    Hello.

    I have a PlanSo form that also uses their PayPal plugin. Both Admin and User email settings are set correctly. Person registering for a class clicks on Submit button and is taken to my PayPal payment page. They pay and I receive notification that they did from PayPal. However, I don’t receive their registration form information from the Admin email settings. Everything works in another form that is set-up the same way minus PayPal payments.

    Any thoughts?

    could you send us a support request from within the form builder (the grey button next to the save button opens a help area). That support form will send us your form settings and we can testdrive your configuration 1-to-1.
