    Hello,

    Lately we are facing an issue with permissions, wenever a course is being bought, the user is not being enrolled to course within WP (not appearing in the WP’s user profile), this only happens with subscriptions either variable or simple, is not happening with simple and variable products.

    I′ve tried to sync up users courses and products with no luck. Also verified that the product properly configured as the others where everything was working until now.

    Could you please asisst?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kindly check the following settings to resolve the issue.
    ?
    ?- Please ensure you are using the latest plugins & extensions of Edwiser.
    ?- Likewise, ensure WooCommerce Subscription is of the latest version.
    ?- In Edwiser Bridge Courses on WordPress:
    a) Check if the course price type is set to ‘Closed’.
    b) Check if you have added the optional URL ( Optional URL – It is the WooCommerce Product URL of the product that you have created for your Edwiser Course)
    c) Courses in the Edwiser Bridge tab should be published (not supposed to be in Draft)

    ?- In WooCommerce Products:
    a) Check if the course is associated with the Product in the WooCommerce Integration Tab.

    – ?Edwiser solution entirely relies on WooCommerce and the active Payment Gateway for learner’s enrollment. Edwiser solution does not control the processing status of an order, it is managed by WooCommerce. Wherein WooCommerce will only change the processing status automatically to completed in the following circumstances.
    a) Product has been configured as Virtual and Downloadable. (Both the checkboxes should be ticked)
    b) On acknowledgment of payment receipt. Hence, orders with card payments are marked completed and users are enrolled instantly and for Bank Transfers and Cheque payments, the order status remains in a processing state wherein it awaits payment confirmation.`
