Not giving option for user to use Embedly Plugin

    Hi Nicole,

    I just checked at the test site. My editor sees “Embedly” icon at the posts visual editor. So I suppose the issue is not related to the user rights.
    Check browser JavaScript console for the errors, which may prevent this button adding.
    Try to deactivate all other plugins, activate 2014 theme, and re-check, as some conflict with plugins/theme make take place.
