Not going to extemal site

I’m trying to set up an external Registration on our site and it is not taking us, or even indicating, that the person needs to go to an external site.

I have the “Are you using an external registration?” marked “Yes” so I do not understand why this isn’t working.

The link to our site is: https://www.cvbc.info and the “Boys and Girls Camp” on July 25 is the one that requires an external site to register.
