Not Good!

  • Great potential if you upgrade to pro as I did. However after they took my money I received no receipt or license. I repeatedly contacted wpmet, the makers, and asked for my money back or delivery of what I paid for, but recieved no reply. Nothing for my money

    Actually, once you purchase the plugin, you’ll get an email about your purchase and a link to download?the plugin. This is the process. Everything is stated clearly in this documentation. If you follow this doc carefully you will collect the idea of how to get the license and receipt. Sometimes the mail goes to the SPAM folder. Please check the SPAM folder. Hopefully, you will get the mail there.

    But we didn’t receive any ticket at our support center regarding this issue. If we get it, we definitely provide you with the receipt and help you how to access the Wpmet account from where you can download the PRO plugin and the license. Could you please create a support ticket again with reference to this thread? We will check the issue with a higher priority.

    But, what disappoints us a bit is suddenly you’ve rated us one star! A one-star review can directly affect the reputation. I hope you can understand.
