    sorry for the delay. I really want to help you but your description of your problem is really poor.

    Please tell me
    – if this watermark was working with your previous version of wordpress?
    – about operating system, version of php, apachy?
    – what exactly happen? do you see some warning, error?
    – did you try to create preview with text or with a png file?
    – tell me everything what in your opinion can be important for this case.
