I would normally start by saying “why”, “whats wrong”, “what can we do to fix it” however…
1) You didn’t open a support ticket on the forums, so I pretty confident you haven’t made reasonable efforts to get it set up properly
2) I just checked and you haven’t used your WordPress account for over a year, and only now in the last day login again to leave 2 very negative reviews of searching/filtering plugins – these are the only reviews you have ever made.
You really should try reading documentation etc as I’m sure then you would find this plugin (and many others) even more useful!
Also, from time to time, try to leave positive reviews of plugins you do like, this is a way of saying thank you to the author of the plugin plus it helps others in the community too!
