Not Happy, No Support!

The Page Hero just vanished from my client’s website before my eyes… I was just tweaking the finishing touches on the site and then I was going to bill the client. Ugh!!! I submitted 2 support tickets, but I have not received a response in over 2 days. I had to put my client’s site in Under Construction mode because it really looks hacked now. This is REALLY holding up my progress in getting paid and moving on to the next site build because I was going to show some Elementor features, like the Page Hero and Flip Boxes, to win the bid on the new site for the other restaurant owner. I am at the point where I will be rebuilding the whole site in the Avada theme, which has the Page Hero and Flip Box options right within the theme. I paid for the Elementor Pro version just a few months ago and I am almost ready to request a refund if they don’t contact me to address this issue! It appears that they just rely on the other developers to respond to support issues on the Facebook page. Not feeling confident that this is a professional WordPress plugin developer operation. ??
